On Sunday after church we took the boys apple picking. It was the perfect fall day, just beautiful. The boys had a wonderful time picking apples. The orchard had dwarf trees, so they were able to reach the apples. Each of the boys ate a whole apple, and I do mean whole. They did not realize that they were not supposed to eat the core! Now I need to get to work canning applesauce and making pies. I have three bushels of apples!
